TUCSON, Ariz. — Robert “Bob” Moyer, 72, of Tucson, passed away Saturday, June 18. Bob was born Sept. 13, 1943, in Elkhart, to Ike and Marty Moyer. He graduated from Elkhart High School in 1961.
Bob was an expert in air pollution control in the NJ-PA area for 30 years. He then pursued his second career as an engineer in the medical diagnostic industry in Minneapolis, Minn.
He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Doris “Sue” Moyer; children Sandra Mangini and Scott Moyer; grandchildren Thomas Mangini and Nicholas Moyer; and a brother, Gary Moyer.
A celebration of life will be at 6 p.m. Friday, July 1, at Open Door Baptist Church, Sil Campus-Catalina, 16131 N. Vernon Drive, Tuscon.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Open Door Baptist Church or The St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
