ELKHART — Larry Wayne Williams, 76, of Elkhart, passed away Tuesday, June 25, 2019, at Goshen General Hospital.
He was born July 20, 1942, in Danville, Illinois, to Newell and Opal (Collier) Williams.
On Dec. 9, 1961, in Elkhart, he married Joyce A. Stewart. She survives along with five children, Todd Williams, Clay Edward Williams, Doreen Williams Shelt, Jamie (Amber) Williams and Deb Ulbolto Williams, all of Elkhart; 13 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Judy (Dick) Yeager of Ocala, Florida.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Larry retired as a freight conductor from the Norfolk Southern Railroad.
He enjoyed fishing and being outdoors.
In keeping with his wishes, cremation will take place.
Burial will be held at a later date in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens in Osceola.
