1961 classmate Harold L. Leer, of Simonton Lake, passed away June 28, 2012 at Elkhart General Hospital. He is survived by his wife Janet, a daughter Erin ( David ) Rumfelt, and a son, Michael ( Laurie) Prugh, both of Elkhart; six grandchildren, five great grandchildren, a sister Sandra ( Tom ) Baylor of Elkhart and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a brother, Larry Leer, and a sister, Sharon Butcher.
Harold served in the US Marine Corps and then attended the University of Hawaii. He was Director of Sales for Tom Naquin Co. in Elkhart and also owned Harry’s Humidor, also in Elkhart.
