EHS Class of 1961 classmate, Michael J. Palmer, passed away on Saturday, October 8, 2011 in his home. In the 1959 Goshen Relays,” little” Bobby Scott, Class of 1961 , nosed out Gary Roosevelts “big” Floyd Theus at the finish line. Scott , a sophmore, was five -four, and weighed 98 pounds . Theus was a six foot junior. The winning time was 3:29.9 which was good for the second best relay mark in…
