Classmates, Are we going to have a 65th Reunion? I haven’t heard anything in response to my last note here. There is still about half of the class left and certainly many are able to come for a night or two and chat while we are still here. Time is short in both ways. Thanks for your reminder – your January message was not in my attention span any more! Patrice and I would dearly love to make the trip from France to the US and particularly to Elkhart for the reunion, but our last trip Stateside was only two years ago and we try to space out those trips to every four years or so, for budgetary and time-away-from-home reasons, not to mention the unfavorable political and economic climate there these days. If a reunion event gets past the planning stage and does actually take place, I’d be happy to send a message to my former classmates that could be posted if there’s some sort of message board that might be set up. Good luck – I hope you get some positive responses!
If the timing is right, I would probably attend (coming from California). I have a couple of other activities to attend in or around Elkhart this summer. So it would be fun to catch up with those remaining alive who choose to attend.
